I am currently a PhD candidate in Computational Astrophysics and Cosmology at SNS, Italy. My interests cover a wide range of topics but focus on statistical inference and machine learning applied on the large scale structure of the first billion years of our Universe.

Currently I am working on constraining the initial conditions of the Universe based on mock-observations of the 21cm brightness temperature field and galaxy counts.

Software

As part of my work I develop and contribute to open-source software projects in the disciplines of cosmology and astrophysics, mainly the semi-numerical code 21cmFAST. My last significant contribution is the creation of a large database suitable for statistical inference.
